To all the guys out there;

From the time you were born, you - a beautiful and absolutely perfect baby boy, you were taught to stay away from your heart, your emotions, your natural essence, your profound ability to love and connect to others. You were lied to. Taught that these things make you weak. That you are "good" when you don't cry. That being angry makes you a monster or an animal. Because of this, you've had to deal with the paralysis between what you really feel inside and what you are allowed to express to the outside world. You have been taught to disconnect from your own truth, from your own desires, from your own beauty, from connection and intimacy and the fullness of your own pleasure - forced instead to suffer silently or to live a flat-lined, numbed out existence.

I want you to know the truth. 

You are not wrong. You are not bad. You are not broken. You do not need to be fixed. I want you to know that there is a deep and profound purpose within you. I want you to know that you are capable of extraordinary love.

You are significant. 

You matter. 

You are enough. 

​

I want you to know that you are loved. You are accepted in all that you are. 

And that's the truth.
